Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Makati Shangri-La, Manila has limited delivery areas within 5km radius. If your address is not found to be within our delivery area, please Contact Us +632 8813 8888.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by online transfer, credit card and/or cash on delivery.
  • The 45-minute delivery commitment starts from the time our Customer Service Centre emails you and/or verifies your order.
  • The final call for orders will be at 07:30p.m. and last delivery time for the day is at 08:30pm.
  • Individuals below 18 years of age are not permitted to place online orders.
  • Minimum order for delivery is Php 300.
  • Delivery charge within 3km – Free
  • Delivery charge between 3km to 5km – Php 100
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • In compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, senior citizens upon presentation of their government issued senior citizen card, may avail of a 20% discount and vat exemption. Golden Circle must quote their membership number at the time of the booking and must present their membership card when paying the bill at pickup or delivery time.
  • Prices are quoted in Philippine Peso inclusive of 12% VAT and subject to applicable government taxes, and may be subject to delivery charge.
  • Taking Luxury Home items, deliveries will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. The final call for orders will be at 19:00p.m. and last delivery time for the day is at 08:30p.m.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Preparation of your order will begin immediately after your order has been confirmed for same day delivery order.
  • Any amendment or cancellation of order must be notified at least one (01) hour prior to the scheduled delivery time at your discretion. Please call +632 8813 8888 to find out if your order is eligible for amendment/cancellation.
  • 100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any charges by one (01) hour before your scheduled delivery time.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel,
    2. Canceling item(s) that is/are not available and receive partial refund or
    3. Canceling the order and receive full refund
  • For Taking Luxury Home items, once the purchase has been made, refunds cannot be provided. Unopened and unused items may be returned in exchange for another product.

Order Pick-Up

  • Where available, you will have the option of collecting your order in person directly from the vendor’s premises ("pick-up") instead of having the order delivered to You. Your email confirmation will indicate the time for you to pick-up the order (“collection time”). The vendor will prepare the order by the specified collection time. In some cases, a reasonable delay may be expected. The vendor agrees to hold the order for you at the vendor’s premises for no more than a reasonable period of thirty (30) minutes for food and beverage, three (3) days for Taking Luxury Home items, from the collection time (“holding time”) and shall not be obliged to provide the order to you if you fail to pick-up your order within the holding time.
  • In the event of unreasonable delays in pick-up attributable to you, you bear the risk of any damage or loss of goods or any deterioration in quality or change in condition of the goods (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption). In this case, you shall not be entitled to a replacement, refund or replacement of the goods. You alone are responsible for inspecting the goods/order when you pick-up your order and shall report any issues and/or defects to the vendor before leaving the vendor’s premises.
